The Challenges
Outdated Format
Newsletter was delivered as a static PDF, difficult to consume and share.
No Insights
Lacked analytics, making it impossible to measure performance or optimize.
Content Overload
All information was bundled together, limiting readability and flexibility.
My Approach
HTML Email + Page
Migrated the newsletter to an HTML email with preview content and links to a landing page version.
Multi-Channel
Introduced a modular structure that supports sharing across Teams and other internal channels.
Improved UX
Designed the landing page with mobile-friendly formatting and a sticky table of contents for easy scanning.

Data-Driven
Analytics now guide content iteration and layout optimization.
More Engagement
Employees interact more with features and updates.
Extended Reach
