The original PDF design made content dense, static, and inaccessible on mobile.
All-at-Once Delivery
Performance couldn’t be measured—no open rates, clicks, or engagement data.
My Approach
Modern HTML Email
Introduced an HTML format with short previews and links to a full landing page version.
Clean Design
Developed a web-based version optimized for readability across devices.
Flexible Content Navigation
Implemented a sticky table of contents and section anchors to allow seamless movement through articles.
